1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BoxLister ("the Application"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
2. Description of Service
BoxLister is a moving and storage organisation tool that allows users to create rooms, boxes, and item inventories, generate QR labels, and track the status of their belongings.
3. Account and Access
Access to BoxLister is granted by providing your email address to start a free trial. No password or account creation is required. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your email address.
4. License Tiers
BoxLister offers three tiers. Features and access levels vary between them.
- Trial is free and limited to five boxes across one move. It requires an email address, but no password and no payment details.
- Pro Offline is a single payment. It does not expire.
- Cloud Sync is a single payment that grants twelve months of syncing and cloud backup, running from the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase it again.
When a Cloud Sync period ends, syncing between devices and cloud backup stop. The boxes, rooms and items you created remain on the device you created them on and stay usable; only syncing and backup are affected. You may purchase a further twelve months at any time to resume.
The administrator reserves the right to modify, upgrade, downgrade, or revoke any license at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Application
- Interfere with or disrupt the Application's infrastructure
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Application
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by BoxLister. All rights reserved. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create within BoxLister (rooms, boxes, items). By using the Application, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoxLister shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
